RESERVATION

If you Reservation not canceled not honored (no-show) or only cancel within 24 hours of the reservation time or the number of people is reduced, we reserve the right to charge you a fee of 35 Euros per person .

All of our dishes are prepared fresh daily, and the team is scheduled and assigned based on reservation volume. Last-minute cancellations, reductions in the number of guests, or no-shows therefore result in significant financial losses for us. We ask for your understanding that we can only accept reservations at our restaurant, Die Werkskantine, subject to these cancellation policies.

Of course, you can also transfer your reservation to friends, acquaintances, and colleagues. We also make every effort to contact guests on our waiting list in the event of a last-minute cancellation. However, if the seats remain empty despite our best efforts, we will charge the aforementioned fee of 35 euros per person (for groups of 15 or more, an additional service charge of 20 euros per person) .

Reservations that include a set menu, fixed-price meal, or buffet, and/or beverage packages are also affected, unless a separate event contract has been agreed upon for the restaurant visit. In this case, the terms of the respective, separate event contract shall apply.
